Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Shipping Costs: Free shipping for orders over €85. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:
Europe/North America/South America: 7-10 business days
Asia: 5-7 business days
Great Britain: 3-7 business days
Australia/New Zealand: 10-12 business days
Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it under the following conditions:
Return Period: Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging.
Return Process:
Contact our customer support to initiate a return.
Ship the item back to our return address.
Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund.
Refund Policy: The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus a return fee of €6.90.
Exchanges: Only when the item is defect, a direct exchange is possible. If you need a different product, please place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or engraved products cannot be returned.
